I’m typing in the code correctly but it won’t let me register. Why?

If you’re typing in the code correctly, there is probably an error in one of the other information fields. Please check all the information fields including your password, e-mail, address, etc. All information fields are required except those that are marked with a (*).

I have entered all the information but it keeps asking me to put in a new password. Why?

If there is an error processing your registration, it will ask for a new password and new image security when you resubmit your registration. Please check the other information fields on the registration page and make sure all the information is filled out correctly before resubmitting your password.

I’ve done all that I know how to do and I can’t get registered! What now?
