Q: How do I sign-up for My Outback Rewards?
A: It's simple! Go to www.myoutbackrewards.com and complete the registration form.

Once you're done, login to the site by using the email address and password created during the registration process.

Q: What are the benefits of becoming a My Outback Rewards member?
A: As a member of My Outback Rewards, you can earn points toward exciting rewards, experiences and great offers from Outback Steakhouse.

Q: How can I obtain an Outback Rewards code?
A: Outback Steakhouse makes it easy for you to obtain codes to earn points!

Just visit your local Outback Steakhouse location and enjoy a great meal. You will receive a 14-digit My Outback Rewards code on the bottom of your receipt that can be entered, along with your receipt sub-total, for points at www.myoutbackrewards.com. Please allow 24 hours from when you received the code before entering it online.

Some Outback Steakhouse locations may provide you with an Outback Scratch-Off card that will reveal your code on it.

In addition, participating charities and organizations may be distributing Scratch-Off cards to thank you for your charitable contributions.

Q: I'm having trouble entering my Outback Rewards Receipt code, what should I do?
A: There are two different types of My Outback Rewards codes. The My Outback Rewards code on the bottom of your Outback receipt will be 14 digits. After entering the 14-digit receipt code you will be prompted to also enter your 'receipt subtotal' in order to validate your code. Please allow 24 hours from when you received the code before entering it online.

Remember, you may only enter up to three (3) valid My Outback Rewards codes per day. If you are still experiencing problems entering your codes, please contact our customer service team by completing the 'Comment Request' form located below and list the specific codes that are causing errors, including the receipt subtotal.

Q: Why can I submit my code successfully, but there is an error message for my subtotal?
A: Be sure that you are using the correct itemized receipt. If you used a coupon during your visit, be sure to enter the subtotal after the coupon has been redeemed on the receipt. The subtotal after any coupon redemptions is the correct subtotal.

Q: I successfully entered a code. Several days later, I receive an email explaining that my code is invalid. What do I do?
A: Occasionally, codes will not register properly and further verification is needed . Please be sure to keep your receipts up to 72 hours after entering your code. Please contact our customer service team below to receive credit for your transaction.

Q: What do I do if the subtotal box or my images are overlapping?
A:We can only guarantee that the website will work correctly on the following web browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer for PC (versions 7.0+), Mozilla Firefox for PC/Mac (versions 2.0+) and Safari for Mac (versions 3.0+). Click on the links above to download an up-to-date web browser.

Q: How do I redeem rewards?
A: Once you've entered your My Outback Rewards Codes and have accumulated points, scroll through our Reward Gallery and check out the latest rewards available. If you find a reward you like, simply click on the image of that reward and then click 'Redeem Now'. If you have a sufficient number of points, you will receive a redemption confirmation and email detailing your reward.

If you are redeeming entries into one of our sweepstakes drawings you will receive a confirmation detailing the number of entries you've redeemed and when the sweepstakes drawing will take place.

Q: I cannot see the gallery. What's wrong?
A: We can only guarantee that the website will work correctly with an updated version of Adobe Flash. To update your Adobe Flash, please click here.

Q: Is there a limit on the number of rewards I can redeem?
A: As long as you have sufficient points, you may redeem as many General Rewards items as you want, as long as they remain in stock.
Q: I forgot my password, what should I do?
A: Go to www.myoutbackrewards.com and click on the 'Forgot Password' link. If you're already registered, you'll receive an email allowing you to update your password and access the My Outback Rewards program.
Q: How do I change my contact information?
A: Once you've registered, if you need to update your name or address information, you may do so by going to the 'My Account' tab and selecting 'Update Account'.
Q: Why can’t I submit a P.O. Box address on the registration form?
A: Our shipping service cannot ship to a P.O. Box, so if you are identified as a potential winner of a physical prize, we want to avoid shipping delays.
